How soon will I receive my order?

Our warehouse is located in Bethlehem, PA. It is open M-F, 8am to 4pm.

Orders received by 10 am will ship the same day.

If you ordered on a Friday after 10 am EST, it will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Delivery times vary for the US between 2 and 8 business days.
- If your order is from our fall line, it is knit on-demand which takes around 6 business days to complete.

Why isn't expedited shipping services available?

Carriers are no longer living up to their service agreements. If you pay for 2 day shipping, they will no longer guarantee it will be received within that time frame.

Do I have to pay customs and import taxes if I live outside the US?

Please click the Whats My Size button on each product detail page to get the right size the first time.

What's the difference between a slim fit and a regular fit?

A slim fit has a smaller hip measurement.

The hip measurement is the body circumference 4" down from the naval, all the way around the body.

A regular fit has a larger hip measurement.

How do I return my NoNetz?

Items purchased from outside of the US are non-refundable.
- Please email Info@nonetz.com to ask for an exchange or return.

Specify the item to be returned. If it's an exchange, please tell us the item size & color you wish.

You will be emailed a shipping label.

ReturnsĀ are $5 for each product and will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges are free.

What is your return policy?

You can return your NoNetz up to 30 days from purchase within the US & Canada. If it is received outside of the 30-day window, it will be mailed back to you.

Orders placed for made on-demand items without using the sizing app cannot be returned or exchanged. We need your help to minimize our carbon footprint and ensure you get the right fit the first time.

Original hang tags must be attached.

If you use a discount for an order, it cannot be upgraded to the next round of discounts offered.Ā
